Why Analyzed Honey?

The only source of real honey is nature! It is not possible to understand the reality of honey by looking at its taste, smell, consistency or appearance. It must be analysed.

In analyzes to determine the authenticity of honey, parameters such as HMF, proline, diastase, moisture, conductivity are evaluated first. We took this one step further and added residue analysis to our standard honey analysis.

In addition to the high proline value, we achieved in our 2020 harvest, we proudly present you our honey that does not contain any additives or residues.
