Honey Recipes: Sugar Free Salep


• 2 glasses of milk

• 3 tablespoons of honey

• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

• 2 teaspoons of pure salep

If you want to avoid the high sugar content of instant salep, we have an extremely healthy and nutritious recipe. Add honey, salep and cinnamon to the milk in a heating bowl suitable for the size and cook for a long time without boiling. At this point, we recommend that the temperature of the milk be below 45°C because honey will lose its nutritional value when added to high-temperature mixtures.
