Ingredients
• 150 gr butter
• 2 glasses of semolina
• pine nuts or walnuts
For the syrup:
• 1 glass of honey
• 3 glasses of milk
First, add honey to the milk (without heating it) and mix it with a whisk until smooth. On the other hand, add semolina to the melted butter and cook it for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat, stirring. After adding peanuts or walnuts according to your desire, simmer the mixture a little more. Finally, you can add the honey-milk mixture (which we prepared before), mix your halva and turn off the stove. You can serve your semolina halva after resting for 10 minutes.
