Honey Recipes: Waffles


• 1 egg

• 2 cups of whole-grain flour

• 2/3 glass of milk

• 1/4 cup olive oil

• 2 teaspoons of baking powder

• banana, kiwi, honey, and nuts on top

We have a healthy breakfast recipe for kids 1 year and older. After mixing the egg, flour, milk, olive oil and baking powder, pour 1 ladle of the mixture into the preheated waffle or toaster. Wait for the first 5 minutes before turning it on. After about 10 minutes, your waffles are ready. You can use the fruits you want according to the season and your children's preferences, serve by adding honey and various nuts.
